Given the success of the past few years we continue to propose the now fixed appointment of the "Ciaspolata di primavera".
It will be an easy walk with snowshoes to enjoy the lengthening of the days and perhaps enjoy the first warmth of spring. A day of being together with a simple walk that is becoming over the years a moment of aggregation for all the mountain sympathizers.

Program
Meeting point: Santo stefano di Sessanio at 9:00.
The itinerary of the excursion will be confirmed at the time of registration depending on the snowfall (however it will be different from that of last year).
Gap: ca. 300 m. - Walking hours: 4h - Difficulty: facile

In case of total or partial absence of snow, the excursion will be carried out without snowshoes.

Technical requirements
Basic hiking skills.

Equipment

• Backpack
• Trekking shoes
• Gaiters
• Telescopic poles

Clothing:

• Heavy fleece
• Gore-Tex anorak
• Mountain pants
• Wool or pile hat
• Gloves
• Mountain socks

Inside the backpack [30/40 lt maximum]:

• One fiber T-shirt
• A pair of mountain socks
• Waterproof overpants (ex: Gore-tex, pac lite, conduit, k-way)
• Waterproof shell
• Sunglasses and protective cream
• Camera
• 1 lt bottle or Thermos
• Drinks and saline supplements
• Energy bars
• Packed lunch

Guide's expenses and anything not specified in the issue "Included".
In case of modification of the itinerary due to causes external to the organization (adverse weather conditions, technical level of the participants, etc.) the unforeseen expenses will be debited to the participants.
